We put the oil in a skillet and when hot add the cutting and seasoned chicken.
While is fried chicken, cut the onion into small pieces, apple and carrot.
The chicken is toast we get, we put it in a dish but we leave oil fry the chicken in the pan. In this same oil we sauteed the onion together with the carrot and the apple for about five minutes, when have past five minutes put everything in a pot along with the curry, the chicken, water and coconut milk and leave to cook for 20 minutes over low heat.
Remove only the chicken from the pot and the rest pass you the Blender to make it more it thin the sauce. We put the chicken with the sauce in the pot and cook for five minutes. We can accompany the chicken with a basmati rice with prunes.
