1 large onion
2 ripe tomatoes
1 green pepper
150 g green beans
1 litre of water
4 cloves of garlic
12 strands of Saffron
1 slice of bread fried parsley olive oil Salt
20 peeled and roasted almonds
Wash and grate the tomato. Cut the pepper and onion into small pieces. We put a frying pan on the heat with two tablespoons of olive oil. Saute simmer the tomato, onion and pepper. Peel the potatoes, cut them into large pieces and incorporate them into the fried.
We prepare the beans: wash them and we remove the tips and also incorporate them along with the fried. Then we put the sofrito in a pot and if the pot is mud better, add water and saffron and let boil for five minutes. Add the fish and let boil for 15 minutes over medium heat.
We prepare a bite: in a tablespoon of oil fry the almonds for one minute with care of that do not burn and reserve. Fry the bread, the pepper and the garlic, put everything in the Blender jar; almonds, fried bread, the Nora, the garlic and the parsley, chop well and add the resulting paste to the pan. Let Cook five minutes more and you are ready to eat.
On this occasion I put 200 gr of clams, although the original recipe does.
