150 gr of homemade fried tomato
salt and pepper
1 small teaspoon of paprika
1 strand of Saffron
2 tablespoon of flour huevos1
200 ml. wine
400 ml. water
Clean the squid. Chop the onion and very chopped garlic.
Put the oil in a frying pan and fry the clean squid. Remove the squid and place them in a pot. Put that oil to sauté the onion and chopped garlic. Sauté for quite some time until this good all pochadito. Add the saffron and paprika and past a minute add the flour. Get all together and put it in the pot.
Add to the pot the ingredients missing: the tomato sauce, wine, water, salt and pepper. Let Cook for 15 minutes until the sauce thickens. At this point lay two eggs and cook three or four minutes moving from time to time.
