1y 14 liter of water
4 tablespoons of olive oil
3 carrots, peeled and sliced
200 gr of peeled potatoes and sliced
200 g pumpkin, peeled and sliced
1 pinch of Saffron of THE SAFFRON COMPANY
1 pinch of paprika
1 jar of chickpeas or beans white well washed with cold water.
100 g wheat
3 slices of bread of the day before
100 g chard, I have put them frozen
Chop the onion and garlic, we put it in a saucepan with oil and sofreimos, when they pass three minutes add grated or crushed tomatoes and sauté 3 minutes more.
We put in the pot the carrots, potatoes, pumpkin, the ñoras, salt, saffron, paprika, fry a few minutes without stirring and put the water.
When it starts to boil we got fire, over medium heat and let Cook for 15 minutes.
Add the spinach and cook two minutes.
We fry bread and almonds and blend in the Blender, add it to the pot and let Cook for another two minutes.
We put the chickpeas or beans and wheat in the pot and cook 5 minutes. If necessary we will add hot water to not cut the cooking.
