What is bird’s eye cayenne?
The bird’s eye cayenne (Capsicum frutescens) is one of the hottest varieties of chilli peppers.
Due to its spicy power, this cayenne is an excellent flavour enhancer, although it should be added in small quantities (depending on the taste of spiciness).
What is it used for?
