Product: Boletus salt flakes
Description: Flaked sea salt comes from the pure water of the Mediterranean Sea. Before the flaked salt is produced, the sea water is purified using a unique and exclusive method. The harvesting process is delicate, resulting in a pyramid that can be broken with the fingers or added directly to the dish. The main characteristic of this salt is its naturalness: it is obtained in the traditional way, by evaporating sea water.
Unlike common salt, sea salt does not contain any additives, because its composition already contains the minerals that the body needs. It is also rich in trace elements such as calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium and iodine.
This salt is presented in flakes formed by light crystals, to which boletus has been added.
Uses: It is used to give an original touch to any grilled, boiled or baked product. It is perfect for pasta salads, hot pastas and rice dishes, as well as for fried foods and tempura, both for vegetables and fish or seafood.
