Product: Hawaii green salt
Description: Hawaii green salt has a delicate blend of white sea salt, with the premium quality of the Pacific Ocean. It is obtained by evaporating sea water in sea farms and centrifuged into coarse crystals. These are treated with an infusion of bamboo leaf extract to achieve a beautiful gem green colour and a delicate flavour.
Uses: It can be used in Asian dishes, with vegetables, soups, poultry, red meat, pork, salmon and white fish.
Its use is intended for the whole population in general and it does not contain any ingredient classified as allergenic.
For all types of dishes, season before serving.
