Product: Hawaii red salt
Description: Hawaii red salt, Alaea roja, is harvested on the island of Molokai, in the Hawaiian archipelago, where the “Alaea”, a volcanic clay, gives this salt its spectacular and original terracotta colour, as well as, its high beneficial properties and an intense flavour with a light aromatic touch of delicate toasted hazelnut.
Uses: Our recommendation: use it as a fleur de sel. Its characteristic red colour gives any recipe an unusual and surprising appearance. It is excellent with grilled meat, especially ribs, chops and pork loin. It will surprise you with roasted vegetables.
It is intended for use by the general public and does not contain any ingredients classified as allergens.
