Description
Oolong (blue) tea, also called semi-fermented tea, is a variety of Chinese tea that lies between black tea and green tea.
This tea goes through a partial oxidation process, following the same steps that are used to make black tea. This type of tea preserves the whole leaf and is made through a partial oxidation process that allows it to retain many of its properties and benefits.
METHOD OF USE of Oolong (blue) tea:
-Boil water to boiling point.
-Add 2g or one teaspoon of tea per cup.
-Steep for 3 to 5 minutes to remove the tea. Filter.
RECOMMENDATION:
Store in a cool, dry place and protect from direct light to guarantee its preservation.
